The Pretolani & Lepri bakery is located in Suvereto city hall at the edge of Montioni park and exactley inside the small village of San Lorenzo. After more than 20 years of activity its employees themselves took over the company activity showing all their respect and their love for the company products ranging from the most traditional bread to the most wanted typical cakes.
The love, respect and dedication contributed to the company activity development especially for those particular typical products. Items like “The Fragrances of the Past” have been created just thinking of this market type. As the name says this product line is based on the research of bygone tastes of the countryside and the warmth of the hearth of the green Tuscany. "The Fragrance of the Past” is a product line straightforward like San Lorenzo village people; they are made with natural products without added preservatives or dyes, produced by traditional ways of preparation and in compliance with hygiene requirements. “The Fragrances of the Past” shows all those typical products belonging to the Tuscan and local tradition such as ..

We are a manufacturing company that produces and supplies long-life confectionery ,(with natural shelflife of 4 months or 12 months on request by additive for export) on specific demand.
On demand we also void special Export requests depending on the type of the product for specialized stores and importers. We produce typical food and / or confectionery products for Italy and abroad, such as Italian and foreign supermarkets and wholesalers / importers worldwide.
We produce the real Tuscan “San Lorenzo” bread.
Everything is strictly produced with the typical products of our Maremma.
